Photosynthesis is an essential reaction in order to sustain life. The products of the essential reaction include oxygen and glucose. Besides the obvious benefits in the production of glucose and oxygen these products prove to have many important functions within the cell. The glucose produced from the reaction is converted into storable starch. This starch can then enter the plasma membrane where it interacts with the cellulose synthesis complex. The product of this interaction is cellulose, the most prominent and strongest component of the cell wall. Considering that cellulose is the most prominent component of the cell wall and is present in the majority of plants in the world many scientists consider it one of the most abundant organic compound on earth. Cellulose is also a large source of fiber in the average humans diet.

I think you shouldn't use the word essential again in your second sentence. You could delete the word essential or substitute it with the word fundamental. Overall, it was a concise paragraph and very informative.
Comment
I wouldn't include the word obvious in your third sentence, as that is making an assumption rather than stating a fact.
The second to last sentence
The second to last sentence could use commas, because without them it feels like it is running on and does not have a good flow.
