Biodiversity

Biodiversity is a term used to describe all species in an environment that coexist (Alteiri, 1999). Biodiversity creates a stable ecosystem by offering protection and regulation to crops making the diversification essential for prosperity (Elings, 2017). Specifically, in agricultural systems, the organisms contribute to the reuse of nutrients and enhance soil fertility (Alteiri, 1999).

I think your title should give more insight into what aspect of biodiversity you'll be talking about. Everything else is good.

The paragraph is very very short, and is only consisted of references. A paragraph should include what you take away from those references, not what they say. Otherwise there isn't a need to write a paragraph since the reader could just refer to the resources instead, as there is nothing to takeaway from reading it from you writing about it with no insight.

This consists of three different definitions of "biodiversity." It is not a complete paragraph. One or two of these should be part of a much larger paragraph about some topic in biodiversity.
