These are neutrophils, not monocytes, that you've labeled. Neutrophils have nuclei that are broken up into pieces like the ones you've shown. Monocytes always have 1 nucleus, and it's normally U-shaped, although it can have other shapes as well. Please retake an image that includes a monocyte.
