Histo-Tips: When trying to differentiate between veins and arteries, look for clearly defined layers (usually arteries) or the size of the lumen (usually collapsed in veins).
These are neutrophils, not monocytes, that you've labeled. Neutrophils have nuclei that are broken up into pieces like the ones you've shown. Monocytes always have 1 nucleus, and it's normally U-shaped, although it can have other shapes as well. Please retake an image that includes a monocyte.
