Histo-Tips: When trying to discriminate between a small artery and an arteriole, look for the number of cell layers. Arterioles have a thickness of only 1-2 cells while small arteries have at least 3.
I think you do have Purkinje cells in your image, but you didn't label one correctly. Purkinje cells have distinct cell bodies and dendritic branches coming off of the cell bodies. Please move the label to be pointing to a more obvious purkinje cells (there's one about an inch up, I think) because it's unclear what you are pointing to.
