Histo-Tips: Look at various slides of the same tissues, some slides can give you a different perspective and reveal specific structures you may not have seen in other slides.
Please include the total magnification in the description below the image, and the objective magnification in the title of the image. The title of your image should be the type of epithelium you are showing, not the tissue (although in future labs, it will be the type of tissue). When labeling your image, black is a good choice for color because it stands out less. You should be using 1-2 letter labels, and then defining those letters in a key below your image (N for nucleus, etc.). Please make sure your labels are near the arrows, so it's clear what you're referring to. When showing a certain type of epithelium, bracket off a region of cells that are that type of epithelium (modfied simple columnar in your case) and label it (for example, MCE for modified simple columnar epithelium).
