Include the objective
Include the objective magnification in the title of the image, and the total mag. in the description with your key. For the N label, it should say nucleus if you're only pointing to 1 nucleus. The E label should be bracketed over a region of the modified simple columnar epithelium, and should be labeled with the type of epithelium, not just epithelium. So you could use ME, and then define it modified simple columnar epithelium in your key.
