The title of the image should be what you were assigned to take an image- in this case, Pseudostratified epithelium 20X. You can include the tissue type, but since this is an epithelium lab, the type of epithelium should be in the title. The PS label should actually be pseudostratified epithelium, not just pseudostratified. Remember to label the lumen. When putting labels on the image, use the line tool rather than the pencil tool, so you have straight lines. To label a region of pseudostratified epithelium, you could have just bracketed a region and labeled it PSE. Try to use black font when possible, and have each letter label have an arrow/line pointing to the cell feature (with the exception of maybe an L for lumen, which doesn't need an arrow).
