COLONY Extractor is a program that extracts the number and composition of assigned full sibling families along with the most likely genotypes of their respective parents, and a listing of each individual and its assigned family from COLONY v1.2 (Wang 2004) output files. This data is then output to a text file in a much more readily accessible format.
