Histo-Tips: When trying to discriminate between a small artery and an arteriole, look for the number of cell layers. Arterioles have a thickness of only 1-2 cells while small arteries have at least 3.
I don't think you have pyramidal cells labeled correctly. Pyramidal cells are shaped like triangles and are found in gray matter, not white matter. Please fix this label. If you're going to label these cells, make sure that you pick a triangle shaped cell in the upper region of the image.
