This is not multilocular
This is not multilocular adipose tissue- you are actually showing the tubules of the kidney here- so this is epithelium. Try to go back to the kidney, and you can find multilocular adipose tissue around the kidney- so look on the edges of the tissue. It should look like droplets of fat within a larger droplet. See last year or other people's posts for help.
