For epithelium, try to always label the lumen somewhere in the image. When labeling the image, don't use words, but 1-2 letters on the image itself (like N or SCE), which you should then define in a key included below the image. The key should also have the total magnification of the image, while the title of the image (as you have it) should have the objective mag. In general, black is a good choice for font/lines because it takes less attention away from the image. When labeling a type of epithelium, please use a bracket to show a region/area of cells that are that type of epithelium.
