Please include objective magnification in the title of the image, and total mag. in the description underneath the image, along with a key. You should have a key that has descriptions of the labels in your image, and you should only have a letter or two in your image- then define those letters in your key (i.e. N = nucleus). If you label "nuclei," you should be showing more than 1 nucleus, because nuclei is plural. Also, make sure to label a region of cells (with a bracket) that are the type of epithelium you are showing - so have a label (SCE, for example) and bracket off a region of that type of epithelium (and make sure to define the label in your key).
