Include a key in the
Include a key in the description below the image that includes a description of your labels - for example N= nucleus. Avoid putting words on your image, you should use 1 or 2 letters whenever possible. You don't need an arrow for the lumen, just put the L in the lumen and that's sufficient. Make sure to include the total magnification in your key, and the objective mag. as you did in the title. Please also make sure you lable the type of epithelium you are showing, so have a label TE (transitional epithelium) and have a bracket that shows a section of TE (so anywhere on your image).
