Histo-Tips: If you are disoriented looking at a slide, try to find a luminal space lined by a recognizable layer of epithelial cells to help find your place.
Include a key in the description of the image (below the image) that includes total magnification. Use letters in the labels in the image instead of words, and then include a key that defines each label (i.e. N = nucleus). For stratified squamous, you should have a region bracketed off that is labeled SSE and then define that as stratified squamous epithelium. Don't forget the word epithelium - that's what you're labeling.
