When labeling the image, use
When labeling the image, use letter (N, L, etc.) and then put a key in the image description that defines what the letter are, to make the picture less crowded. In general, try to use black font on the image. Make sure that each label has an arrow/is pointing to something, so simple cuboidal epithelium should be pointing to a bracketed region of that type of epithelium. Put the objective magnification in the title of the image, and the total magnification in the image description below, with your key.
