The venule you've labeled is definitely a venule. Your SSE label is not really accurate though, because the simple squamous epithelium is only 1 layer of cells. Your bracket is technically also include a layer of two of smooth muscle. So please fix that label so it's just referring the first layer of squamous epitheluim, and then you can label the outer layer or two as smooth muscle, if you like.

The things you've labeled as arterioles are not- the nuclei are very round, they look like cuboidal epithelial cells. I think you accidentally labeled a tubule or something - is this the kidney? If you just remove that label, you're ok, since the image is correctly showing a venule.
