Taste pores are the openings of rounded structures called taste buds, and they tend to be along the sides of papillae (see plate 50 in your text book). I don't see any very obvious taste buds in your picture... Also, please fix the label showing a papilla. Papillae are found on the outer, lumen side of the epithelium, not the basal side where you've labeled it. You will need to take a new image to show them - again, refer to plates 49 and 50 to see images of papillae.
