Histo-Tips: When trying to differentiate between veins and arteries, look for clearly defined layers (usually arteries) or the size of the lumen (usually collapsed in veins).
This is not showing smooth muscle- you are showing epithelium, I think. I don't think you SM, LSM and CSSM labels are showing smooth muscle - they look like they are labeling epithelium and maybe connective tissue. Can you please try to find a better example of smooth muscle? Just look around the edges of the stomach, and you will find some. The cells should be kind of lined up with long stretched out nuclei. Please also include total mag. in the image key.
