This image isn't a great image because it's really hard to tell what the tissue is. Please include the objective magnification in the picture title. Simple squamous epithelial cell nuclei really should look very thin and stretched out, not rounded. For now, please just fix the title of the image, but you don't need to take another picture.
Histo-Tips: Know your frame of reference, i.e. magnification, section plane, etc.
