Epithelium must have a lumen, so the cells you have labeled as simple cuboidal epithelial cells actually aren't. You do have SCE cells here- they're the cells at the bottom of the picture surrounding the lumens filled with pink- those are thyroid cells. In order to show SCE, you need to show 1 layer of cells around a lumen. The place you have labeled as lumen is not a lumen, because a lumen must be lined with epithelial cells. Try to go back and relabel (focusing on the very bottom of your image), or take another picture that shows simple cuboidal epithelium better.
