Histo-Tips: When dealing with multiple layers of tissue, for example muscle tissue, it is helpful to start from the inside and work outward: Myofibril -> muscle fiber -> endomysium -> fiber bundles -> perimysium ->epimysium.
The title of the image should be what you were assigned to take an image- in this case, Pseudostratified epithelium 40X. You can include the tissue type, but since this is an epithelium lab, the type of epithelium should be in the title. The PS label should actually be pseudostratified epithelium, not just pseudostratified. When putting labels on the image, use the line tool rather than the pencil tool, so you have straight lines. To label a region of pseudostratified epithelium, you should bracket a region and labeled it PSE, rather than drawing lines around it. Try to use black font when possible, and have each letter label have an arrow/line pointing to the cell feature (with the exception of maybe an L for lumen, which doesn't need an arrow). Try to use just letters on the image, to have less writing, and then include the description of the letter in the key (so put L for lumen in the key).
