Histo-Tips: When trying to discriminate between a small artery and an arteriole, look for the number of cell layers. Arterioles have a thickness of only 1-2 cells while small arteries have at least 3.
I don't think L is labeling a lumen- lumens are only found when surrounded by epithelium, which I don't think you have here. If you remove it, you're all set.
