Histo-Tips: When picking up a tissue ribbon after sectioning, do not grab the ribbon with the tweezers but gently scoop it up so it does not tear the sample.
Put the objective magnification in the title of the image, and the total magnification in your key- you should have a key in the description below the image. Please use letters to label your image, and then define the letters in your key to minimize words on the image (i.e. L = lumen). Try to use the line tool so the lines are straight, rather than the pencil/brush. Also, please make sure to label the type of epithelium- so have SCE for simple columnar epithelium and bracket off a segment of cells with that label.
