Welcome to Biology 523, Histology! I am looking forward to knowing each of you and sharing with you the challenge and excitement of viewing and interpreting the human body at the level of the light microscope.

Our first class meeting is Wednesday, January 22nd at 12:20PM in Integrated Science Building (ISB) room 329.

You will soon find pdfs of the powerpoint presentations for this week in the Review Materials section under Class Notes. The class notes are posted before each lecture.

This course has a weekly lab meeting, either on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Our first lab meeting will be either Tuesday, January 28th or Wednesday, January 29th in the Integrated Science Building, ISB 264.

This course webpage will be a resource used throughout the semester to access class material including the syllabus, review materials, related links, and class weekly objectives. This web page will be updated frequently during the semester.
