The Five Colleges Summer Institute on Scientific Teaching (SI) is a 3 ¼-day intensive workshop on undergraduate education designed for instructors who wish to incorporate evidence-based pedagogies into their teaching. Scientific Teaching emphasizes student-centered learning through explicit application of active learning, aligned assessment, and diverse team activities.
