Students in the course Information Technology in Biology Education have created several netlogo models as final projects.

Jared Rice, Mike Cooper, Katie Wade, and Sheree Beane created this model to allow students to solve problems around the concept of negative feedback using the Hypothalmus-Pituitary-Thyroid system.

Laura Prickett created this model to illustrate Morphogen Gradients and Cell determination.

Secondary Immuno-Response model

Sean Johnston, Kendra Hamel, and Danielle Cullinane created this model that illustrates how a second immuno-response is faster due to the presence of memory cells.
