Clontech Atlas microarrays were hybridized with RNA isolated from the brains of both normal and Nhlh1 knockout mice. The software analyzes the results of these experiments and shows genes expressed at the same level in both RNA samples (green squares), genes that are more highly expressed in normal mice (red squares) or genes that are more highly expressed in knockout mice (blue squares).
