Confocal image of zebrafish neurons and muscle cells labeled with GFP/Tubulin. 2 cell embryos were injected with a plamid encoding the GFP-Tubulin fusion protein. After 24hrs of development, neurons in the ventral spinal cord (top of picture) can be seen projecting into the muscle fibers of the somites (bottom part of picture).
