Printing Double-Sided

To save paper, printing double-sided is a great solution. Every application or printer may have it’s own options of printing double-sided. Here are the steps in doing so.

Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & other Microsoft Apps

  1. Either click the ‘printer’ button or go to the File tab and scroll down to ‘Print…”
  2. Select your printer of choice by using the choice selector after ‘Printer’
  3. The third choice selector will default on ‘Copies & Pages’, click here and choose ‘Layout’ as seen in the screenshot under attachments named "microsoft-double.png".
  4. You will have the choice to print ‘Two-Sided:’ which is defaulted on Off. Choose either ‘Long edge binding’ or ‘Short edge binding’
  5. Click ‘Print’ to print your document

Preview

  1. Go to the File tab and scroll down to ‘Print…”
  2. Sometimes the popup will show the minimum information. Click the 'down arrow' to open it
  3. Select your printer of choice by using the choice selector after ‘Printer’
  4. Check off ‘Two-Sided’ and click the ‘Print’ Button
